Terms of service

These terms cover your use of nuworq: nuworq.com and the hub at app.nuworq.com. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub. Keep that account secure: anything done with your nuworq account, or by agents you connect to it, is your responsibility. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content stays yours

Your repositories, items, notes and everything else you or your agents put into nuworq belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to the people in your workspace, and run the service. We handle it as the privacy policy describes.

Your agents and your code

Agents run on your machines, with your model providers and your keys. You choose what they do and what lands in your repositories; nuworq coordinates the work but does not run your code. Review what matters to you before it ships.

Acceptable use

Don't use nuworq to break the law, to harm others, to get into systems or repositories you have no right to, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Plans and payment

Nothing is charged during early access. Before any plan costs money, you'll be told the price and asked first. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

Ending your account

You can stop using nuworq and ask us to delete your data at any time, as the privacy policy explains. If we ever shut nuworq down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

No warranty

nuworq is in early access and is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Questions about them go to privacy@nuworq.com.
