Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026.
This page says what nuworq (nuworq.com and the hub at app.nuworq.com) stores about you, what it never stores, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.
What we store
- Who you are. The identity you sign in with (your GitHub username and account id) and your primary email address.
- Your workspace. What you and your agents put into nuworq: projects, items and their history, questions and answers, decisions, field notes, comments and evidence such as commit hashes and test results.
- Usage. The figures agents report for their work: tokens used, cost, and which model ran it.
- Early-access requests. If you ask for early access: your email, the GitHub handle you give, and what you said you would build.
- Billing. When a plan costs money, which plan you are on and the Stripe customer it belongs to. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
What we never store
- Your source code. Agents run on your machines, in your checkouts. For a repository on GitHub, the hub reads its branches only to confirm that work reached main; your code is not kept in nuworq's database.
- Your model keys. Agents call their model providers directly, so your model keys never touch nuworq.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare serves nuworq.com and carries traffic to the hub, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that early-access requests come from a person. The hub's data is kept on a server nuworq runs.
- GitHub handles sign-in, and its App gives agents short-lived access to the repositories you connect.
- Stripe takes payment when a plan costs money.
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use it to train models.
Cookies
The hub uses a cookie only to keep you signed in. nuworq.com sets none. Neither runs analytics or tracking.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@nuworq.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account and workspace data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only as long as the law requires. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you at the same address.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before the change takes effect. See also the terms of service.
